Intro #2 Cause Essay 1

Have you ever had a friend miss your call when you were in dire need?  Have they ever wanted to run to McDonalds when you had been thinking of Tim Horton’s for the last 2 hours?   Friends are great.  But they’re not perfect.  Nor does it mean they always side with your decisions.  Now imagine having the perfect friend; someone who never questioned your reasoning, or leaves you hanging when you really could have used that calculator for math.  What if you could have the perfect companion, the perfect partner in crime?  Always willing to do whatever YOU want to do, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.  Well she may not be able to get you that calculator for math, but she definitely won’t mind going with you to Tim Horton’s.  (Mostly because she gets a free Tim-bit if she does.)    She is one of the most loyal individuals I’ve ever come across and her name is Bella, my Chessy Retriever.

  1. Material is fine so far as it goes, but it doesn't indicate what the other intro does--that you are going to give us reasons for something. We need that guidepost of 'reasons why' or 'reasons for.'
